The Ministry of SMEs and Startups turned its mascot Shu into a custom AI avatar and cast it as the presenter of a promotional video for the Startup One-Stop Support Center.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups, a central government ministry in Korea, turned its mascot 'Shu' into a custom AI avatar in 2025 and used it as the presenter in a promotional video for the Startup One-Stop Support Center. AIPARK built both the avatar and the video with AiVATAR AI Mascot, editing the center's guide material into a main cut of roughly three minutes plus a shortened version. Because the mascot speaks as an avatar, the character did not have to be animated frame by frame. It is an example of a government ministry turning an existing mascot IP into a talking presenter.
