How is the pricing structure of the AiVATAR solution organized?
The pricing structure includes a free trial, as well as Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Each plan differs in terms of the credits provided and avatar gestures, but all plans offer support for 4K resolution and unlimited downloads. For inquiries related to AI Entertainment, Contents Production, and AI Chatbots, please contact us separately.
What features are included in the free trial?
Upon signing up, you'll receive 600 credits (one-time offer) which can be used to create a one-minute video. The free plan includes 5 basic avatars, 1 gesture preset, high-resolution support (suitable for 4K video content), and unlimited downloads. However, watermark removal and commercial use are not supported.
What are the differences between the Basic and Pro plans?
The Basic plan and Pro plan show significant differences in credit usage duration, types of avatars, and number of gestures. Additionally, custom support, Select Avatars, and Custom Voices are only available in the Pro plan and above.
What payment methods are available? (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.)
Our service supports various payment methods. You can conveniently proceed with credit card payments, and bank transfers are also available through manual contracts. You can choose the method that best suits your convenience.
What is the Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan is a customized option for businesses and organizations, offering a variety of features and benefits beyond our standard plans, including personalized support and Custom Avatars. It is designed flexibly to meet the specific needs of businesses, focusing on providing optimal solutions.
Can the service be shared with other users after payment?
Yes, it is possible. However, this feature is not supported in all plans. With the Enterprise plan, multiple users can collaborate within a single workspace. Accounts cannot be transferred to others, but collaboration is possible through the workspace.
