The tutorial for e-Naradoum, the national subsidy management system operated by the Korea Public Finance Information Service (KPFIS), was first produced in Korean on the client's commission. The Chinese version, produced in 2024, shows how readily the same content extends into another language. The motion-graphic visuals built from the source material stayed exactly as they were in the Korean version, and only the audio was replaced with multilingual TTS — faster than a conventional record-and-rebuild workflow. It is an example of extending a public-system how-to guide into additional languages.
